By accessing or using F1 Leagues ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User-Generated Content

The Platform allows users to submit content including but not limited to: gamertags, usernames, profile avatars, championship names, race comments, chat messages, and media clips ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit. F1 Leagues does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any User Content posted by users.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

3. Gamertags and Profile Information

Users are responsible for choosing their gamertag, avatar, and any other profile information. F1 Leagues is not responsible for any gamertag, avatar image, or profile content submitted by users.

You may not use a gamertag or avatar that impersonates another person, contains offensive language, or violates the rights of a third party.

4. Championships and Race Data

Championship organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of race results, standings, and all associated data they enter into the Platform. F1 Leagues does not independently verify race results or championship data.

F1 Leagues is not liable for disputes arising from race results, point calculations, or championship standings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post offensive, hateful, or harassing content
• Impersonate other users or real-world individuals
• Upload avatars or images that are inappropriate or infringe on third-party rights
• Manipulate race results or standings
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. F1 Leagues makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use the Platform at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F1 Leagues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including damages resulting from User Content posted by other users.

8. Third-Party Trademarks

Gran Turismo, F1, and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. F1 Leagues is an independent fan platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or rights holder.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
